Mr. Greenberg is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Systems Engineering at the George Washington University, Washington DC under Dr. René van Dorp. He has worked as a cost analyst for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Bethesda, Maryland since 1991. At NSWC, he leads and supports cost, economic and statistical studies on Navy surface ships, submarines and emerging technologies. His more recent efforts were concentrated in schedule-cost risk analysis, new approaches to estimate technology life cycle cost and advancement of cost-benefit analysis methods. Prior to his career with the Navy, Mr. Greenberg worked as an electronics engineer for the US Army Information Systems Command (ISEC). At ISEC, he provided support in simulation, design and construction of high frequency and microwave communication systems.

In May 1998, Mr. Greenberg received his Master's degree in Engineering Management from the George Washington University. His thesis work carries the title "An Activity Network Simulation Approach for Estimating Production Schedule of a Convertible Containership". In 1987, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic Science and Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
