Basic Logic Building Blocks of digital circuit:

Verify, using Tanner tools, the operation of the following basic logic building blocks:

• AND
• OR
• NOT

Write down the truth table for each of the above logic building blocks.

Gate delays:

Find the gate delay of CMOS NAND gate using the Tanner simulation tools, driving a Load of 1pf. Change the load to 10pf and re-simulate the gate delay. Does the gate delay change?, if yes, why?
