1. Open SEdit and create a buffer using the inverter from scmos library.
2. Place PadInC and PadOut at the input and output ports respectively
3. Rename the module.
4. Export file as TPR file.
5. Close SEdit
6. Set the colors of the monitor to 256
7. Open LEdit
8. From File menu select the replace option and browse for file
C:\ProgramFiles\Tanner EDA\ TannerLb\ Scmos\mhp_n05d.tdb
9. Go to Tools menu and select the SPR option.
10. Press the setup button.
11. Define the path for mhp_n05d.tdp and in the netlist file entry space give the name and path of the file that was exported from SEdit.
12. Press OK
13. Go to Tools SPR Place and Route Run
14. Go to Tools Cross Section and browse for file
