Parameter Sweep and Transient Characteristics

Save the file ml2_hw.md on your Zip disk and include it in T-Spice to solve the following problems. 

        1. Sweep width W of the PMOS transistor (Wp) in T-Spice and find the value of
        Wp that gives a symmetric voltage transfer characteristic (ie, V_out vs V_in)
        while keeping the value of the NMOS transistor at Wn=30u. Does it agree with
        your expected value of Wp? 

        2. Edit the given model file and set the magnitude of the PMOS transistors
        threshold value equal to that of the given NMOS threshold value (note that the
        PMOS threshold value should still be a negative number). Repeat the steps
        outlined in (1). 

        3. Now design a simple inverter with a capacitor of 6pF at the output, and
        calculate the gate delay. Use the vertical cursor bar to determine the value and
        include a printout of the plot with your answer. (Use the edited model file).

        4. Repeat the steps outlined in (3) for a buffer circuit.
