Valerie Reyna, Ph.D., is Professor of Human Development and Psychology, Director of the Human Neuroscience Institute, and Co-Director of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Facility and the Center for Behavioral Economics and Decision Research at Cornell University. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Clark University and a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Rockefeller University. Her research encompasses human judgment and decision making, numeracy and quantitative reasoning, risk and uncertainty, medical decision making, neuroimaging and neurobiological models of development, and neurocognitive impairment and genetics.
